This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Break down larger projects into tasks and deliver them in phases
• Collaborate with product management, design, and analytics on development
• Monitor team artifacts and metrics, ensuring operational availability
• Engage in community-building activities within the team
• Participate in the interview process for new team members

Requirements

• 2.5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in Python or Kotlin
• Familiar with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
• Experience in designing and launching scalable APIs
• Skilled in writing clear, extensible, and well-tested code
• Ability to debug and review code in large code bases
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

$133,000 – $183,000 annually
