Software Engineer II - Java/Spring Boot (Microservice Systems)(Open)

About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth in our global payment solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative payment strategies that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic payment solutions that enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design and implement new payment features and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes impacting payments and provide insights to the team.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to inform payment strategy decisions.
• Work with sales teams to understand client needs and translate those needs into effective payment solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services or technology sector.
• Strong understanding of payment systems, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualifications
