Responsibilities

• Design, write, test, implement, and document solutions for assigned program modules
• Collaborate with project teams and other Software Engineers to provide technical support
• Support assigned IT systems/applications by troubleshooting and resolving defects
• Achieve all-win outcomes through actions guided by Integrity, Caring, and Excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in software development
• Strong understanding of software development principles, programming concepts, and best practices
• Experience with Java and SQL
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
• Strong experience with unit and integration testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito
• Experience designing and deploying RESTful microservices
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills across application, infrastructure, and system layers
• Knowledge of resilient microservice patterns such as Circuit Breaker, Retry, Timeout, and Bulkhead

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
• Preferred skills include experience with CI/CD pipelines, API Gateway technologies, AI-assisted software development tools, front-end and mobile application development technologies, and banking and financial knowledge
