Software Engineer II (iOS)
About the role
Adyen is seeking an iOS Engineer II to contribute to the development of cutting-edge mobile payment solutions. The ideal candidate will work on mission-critical SDKs used by leading companies like Uber, Booking.com, and McDonald's.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize mobile payment solutions
- Implement and integrate the latest iOS stack (iOS 17/18, async/await)
- Build and maintain libraries used by other developers
- Tackle security and compliance challenges in the context of mobile financial transactions
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in iOS development using Swift
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- An open and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience with building libraries used by other developers
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to write reliable and clearly understandable code
- Flexibility and willingness to learn and improve

Pay
The annual base salary range for this role is $154,000 - $200,000.
