Software Engineer II, AWS DynamoDB

About the role

The Amazon DynamoDB team is seeking software engineers who are passionate about delivering best-in-class database performance to AWS customers. DynamoDB is a key-value and document database designed for scalability and performance at any scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire lifecycle of features, from requirements gathering to implementation and operations
• Work on challenging engineering problems in distributed systems at a massive scale
• Collaborate with motivated teams of sharp individuals and receive guidance from senior and principal engineers
• Exercise intellectual curiosity and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Pay

$143,700.00 - $194,400.00 annually
