  • Apply basic networking concepts (VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancing, security groups)
  • Partner with SRE, Security, and Application teams to deliver platform capabilities
  • Follow engineering best practices: code reviews, documentation, testing, and operational readiness

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in software or cloud engineering
  • Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, EKS or similar services)
  • Practical experience using Terraform (modules, state, deployments)
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS, KOPS, or equivalent)
  • Strong fundamentals in Linux administration (Ubuntu preferred)
  • Understanding of Basic Networking Concepts (VPCs, CIDR ranges, subnets, security groups, routing, DNS, load balancing)
  • Programming experience in Python or GoLang (or strong proficiency in at least one language)
  • Experience working with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and communicate clearly across teams

Qualifications

  • Nice to have: Exposure to observability tools (logs, metrics, alerting), familiarity with cloud security concepts and IAM best practices, experience building internal developer platforms or shared infrastructure, interest in automation, platform engineering, and reliability practices

Skills

  • Basic networking concepts (VPCs, CIDR ranges, subnets, security groups, routing, DNS, load balancing)
  • Programming experience in Python or GoLang (or strong proficiency in at least one language)
  • Experience working with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues logically and communicate clearly across teams

Benefits

  • Insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)
  • Flexible spending account and health savings account
  • Paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave)
  • 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire
