Software Engineer II

Position Overview

Build and support workflow automations and tooling that improves reliability and reduces manual effort across cross-functional teams
Develop and maintain integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., collaboration and productivity platforms) to connect systems and streamline processes
Refactor and harden existing prototypes into robust, maintainable tools that can be used long-term
Partner with non-engineering stakeholders to understand workflows, scope solutions end-to-end, and deliver iterative improvements

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (e.g., C#, Java, Python, Go, or similar)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern delivery practices (CI/CD, infrastructure ownership/operations)
• Proven experience integrating with third-party APIs and building/maintaining automation workflows in a production context
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously while balancing multiple concurrent requests in a fast-moving environment
