About the role
We're looking for software engineers to help build the systems that power our AI agents. You'll work across the backend, from data pipelines and integrations to agent infrastructure, shipping features alongside experienced engineers who will help you grow. This is a role where you'll contribute to real problems from day one.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects across our stack, such as Atlas, Activity Stream, Dynamic knowledge, and Agent memory.
- Work on a variety of initiatives, both large and small, under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Ship features and iteratively improve your work as you gain experience and confidence.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Curiosity and a desire to understand why things work, not just how.
- Able to take feedback well and iterate quickly.
- A preference for shipping over perfection but still caring about quality.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with backend development, data pipelines, and integrations.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language commonly used in backend development.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Skills
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Understanding of machine learning and natural language processing concepts.
- Experience with logging and monitoring tools.
