We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro about company, then "Meet the Team You’ll join...". That could be considered "About the role" or maybe "About the team". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide which sections to include. Content: - Intro about company: "Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) is the leading innovator...". That's company description. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About the team". The instruction says we can use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if there is real specific content. We have: - About the role / team: "Meet the Team You’ll join Silicon Labs’ RAIL team, which develops the Radio Abstraction Interface Layer (RAIL)—the embedded software that enables developers to configure, control, and optimize wireless radios across Silicon Labs’ IoT products. The team works closely with radio, firmware, SDK, validation, and applications engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance wireless capabilities for technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy, proprietary wireless, and multiprotocol IoT solutions." That's substantive. So we can have

    About the role

    with a

containing that paragraph. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points. We have a list: "Develop and maintain embedded software features for Silicon Labs wireless radio platforms. Design, implement, test, and debug firmware in C/C++ for resource-constrained microcontrollers. Support radio-control capabilities, including transmit, receive, power management, timing, and diagnostic features. Collaborate with hardware, radio design, SDK, validation, and applications teams to bring new wireless products and features to market. Investigate software and hardware integration issues using debuggers, logic analyzers, and other lab tools. Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, automated testing, and continuous improvement of development processes." We can put these as

    • items. - Skills You Need: includes Minimum Qualifications and plus skills. This could be split into Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. The instruction allows headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide how to split. We have Minimum Qualifications bullet list: Master’s degree, Strong interest, Academic or project experience, Understanding of fundamental wireless communication concepts, Familiarity with microcontrollers..., Strong problem-solving..., Ability to use development..., Ability to work effectively..., Ability to learn..., Clear communication... Then "The following skills will be considered a plus:" list. We could combine into a single Skills section, or separate Requirements (minimum) and Skills (preferred). The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine into one

      Skills

with both minimum and preferred as lists? But we need to differentiate? Could use

      for prose and

      • for lists. Could have a paragraph describing minimum qualifications then a list, then a paragraph for preferred then list. But we must not invent filler. All content is substantive. - Benefits & Perks: list of benefits. That's substantive. So we can have

        Benefits

        with
        • items. - Pay: The posting includes "The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $78,750 - $146,250 USD. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location where work will be performed and applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus, equity package and a comprehensive benefits package." That's specific pay range. So we should include a Pay section. The instruction says never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state pay range, so include Pay. - Schedule: Not mentioned. So omit Schedule. - Requirements/Qualifications: Could be covered under Skills section. But we have separate headings possible. Since we already have Skills, we could omit Requirements/Qualifications to avoid thin sections. However we have minimum qualifications and plus skills; we could treat them as Skills. That seems okay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO statement. Remove that. Also remove "Learn more at www.silabs.com." maybe part of company description? It's not essential but could be considered minor metadata. Could fold into short p or drop. The instruction: fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The company description includes that line; we could keep it as part of About the role paragraph or drop. Probably keep as part of About the role? It's not about role but company. Could be part of About the role? Might be considered company overview. Could include in About the role paragraph. We also need to remove duplicated lines, navigation, etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Structure:

          About the role

Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) is the leading innovator in low-power wireless connectivity, building embedded technology that connects devices and improves lives. Merging cutting-edge technology into the world’s most highly integrated SoCs, Silicon Labs provides device makers the solutions, support, and ecosystems needed to create advanced edge connectivity applications. Headquartered in Austin, Texas, Silicon Labs has operations in over 16 countries and is the trusted partner for innovative solutions in the smart home, industrial IoT, and smart cities markets. Meet the Team You’ll join Silicon Labs’ RAIL team, which develops the Radio Abstraction Interface Layer (RAIL)—the embedded software that enables developers to configure, control, and optimize wireless radios across Silicon Labs’ IoT products. The team works closely with radio, firmware, SDK, validation, and applications engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance wireless capabilities for technologies such as Bluetooth Low Energy, proprietary wireless, and multiprotocol IoT solutions.

But note we have duplicated "Meet the Team You’ll join..." after company description. Could combine. Better:

Silicon Labs (NASDAQ: SLAB) is the leading innovator in low-power wireless connectivity... Headquartered in Austin, Texas...

          Minimum qualifications:

            ...

          Preferred skills (plus):
