Software Engineer I

About the role

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer I to design, develop, package, and maintain software applications across Linux and Windows environments using Java, C#/.NET, and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• Seven (7) years of experience as a Software Engineer, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university (four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree)

Required Skills

• Experience programming with Java (Hibernate, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot, Log4J)
• Experience programming with C#/.NET
• JavaScript experience
• Experience with development and version control tools (Git, Gradle)
• Experience with multiple operating systems:
  • Linux: Bash scripting, RPM packaging
  • Windows: PowerShell scripting
• Experience with Docker:
  • Able to build and run images
  • Able to create Docker files
  • Experience with Docker Compose

• Web application development

• CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• GitHub packaging
• Packaging for Windows (MSA, portable zip, etc.)
• Windows WSL familiarity
• PKI infrastructure and X.509 certificates
