WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Build and ship agent-driven chatbot and GenAI workflows
• Own meaningful features from concept to implementation
• Collaborate with product, ML, and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment
• Explore and improve how we build with AI

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience writing reliable, durable, and maintainable code
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a growth mindset
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (optional)

PAY & BENEFITS

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $181,000 to $222,000, plus equity and benefits. This hybrid position requires in-person work from our Mountain View HQ 2 days a week. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. EarnIn supports H-1B and O-1 employer transfers but does not sponsor new visas or consider candidates working under OPT or CPT.
