Software Engineer - Fullstack

About the role

Our client, a leader in the Consumer Technology space, is seeking a Software Engineer – Fullstack to build engaging web experiences that help people connect and participate in a digital community. The role works across the full stack to deliver reliable, high‑quality product features and contributes to technical design. It partners closely with product, design, and engineering teams to turn requirements into well‑crafted solutions that can evolve based on feedback. This position is remote‑first for U.S.‑based candidates only; no visa sponsorship is available.

Responsibilities

• Build product experiences that encourage community participation.
• Develop high‑quality web applications across frontend and backend.
• Contribute to entity‑relationship modeling and solution architecture.
• Implement and test product features, iterating on feedback.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams.
• Participate in team operating practices, including on‑call rotation.
• Engage with team culture and contribute to community events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of software development experience with increasing project ownership.
• Strong frontend skills, particularly in modern JavaScript and React.
• Experience with Python/Django for server‑side application development.
• Familiarity with SQL and full‑stack development.
• Effective at breaking down product requirements and collaborating on solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.

Pay

Compensation: $135,000 – $200,000 annually.
