Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software
  • Installs and configures systems and other software
  • Tests installed software for malfunction detection
  • Identifies and resolves business systems issues
  • Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
  • Maintains full ownership of a process typically
  • Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
  • May act as a procedural expert
  • May lead the work of junior level associates

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
  • Five (5) years of experience

  • Ability to conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance
  • Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges

  • Thorough understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems and how to integrate them

Additional Job Description

  • Must Have Skills: Experience developing full-stack applications using C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core/MVC), and JavaScript/TypeScript; Strong experience with SQL Server, including data modeling and performance tuning; Experience with SSIS and SSRS for data integration and reporting; Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core; Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript; Experience implementing authentication and authorization
  • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness); Understanding of cybersecurity best practices; Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices
