Primary Responsibilities
- Oversees development and installation of new hardware and software
- Installs and configures systems and other software
- Tests installed software for malfunction detection
- Identifies and resolves business systems issues
- Designs and deploys new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operation systems
- Maintains full ownership of a process typically
- Ensures compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices; identifies opportunities for and supports process improvements; applies disciplined change management practices
- May act as a procedural expert
- May lead the work of junior level associates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience

- Ability to conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance
- Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges

Additional Job Description
- Must Have Skills: Experience developing full-stack applications using C#, .NET (ASP.NET Core/MVC), and JavaScript/TypeScript; Strong experience with SQL Server, including data modeling and performance tuning; Experience with SSIS and SSRS for data integration and reporting; Hands-on experience with Entity Framework Core; Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript; Experience implementing authentication and authorization
- Preferred Skills: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness); Understanding of cybersecurity best practices; Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices
