About the role

We're hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build Tessera Mosaic, where AI agents work alongside people to transform how enterprises operate. You'll own meaningful product problems end to end, from intuitive interfaces for understanding and controlling agents to the data and backend systems that power them. You'll work across product, design, data, and infrastructure, with significant ownership over both what we build and how we build it. If you enjoy turning ambiguous problems into polished products, working with complex enterprise data, and shaping an AI-native platform from an early stage, this role offers the opportunity to have an outsized impact.

Responsibilities

• Own ambiguous product and technical problems end to end: clarify the problem, investigate the underlying data and systems, propose an approach, align on tradeoffs, and ship.
• Build data-intensive product features across the stack, from polished React experiences to APIs, data models, and backend services.
• Build AI-native workflows that make agent behavior legible and controllable, including how users understand what an agent is doing, review its work, and intervene when needed.
• Integrate with enterprise systems of record such as SAP, Salesforce, and Workday, navigating complex data models, APIs, and real-world edge cases.
• Partner closely with product, design, and engineering to challenge assumptions, shape solutions, seek early feedback, and iteratively deliver real business value.
