Software Engineer - Full Stack

About The Role

The role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining high-scale, user-facing applications and the robust backend services that power them. Engineers on this team work across the entire stack, translating product requirements and user feedback into reliable, modular, and performant web applications. This position collaborates closely with product managers, product designers, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences. The technical environment prioritizes modern frontend frameworks, scalable API design, and automated testing to ensure rapid delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy end-to-end features using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
• Design and implement secure, performant RESTful and GraphQL APIs to support complex user interactions
• Optimize frontend application performance for rendering speed, core web vitals, and cross-browser compatibility
• Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress
• Participate in system design discussions, write technical design documents, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality standards
• Monitor, debug, and resolve production issues across the application stack to ensure high uptime and reliability

What We Are Looking For

• 3-6 years of professional software engineering experience building production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and at least one core backend language such as Node.js, Python, or Go
• Production experience with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React or Next.js, and responsive UI design
• Solid understanding of relational databases, schema design, and query optimization using PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization tools like Docker
• Bonus: Experience with GraphQL, state management libraries (Redux, Zustand), or CI/CD pipeline configuration
