Software Engineer (Full-Stack)

About The Role Join a fast-growing, early-stage startup building an enterprise-grade AI platform that helps organizations securely adopt and integrate generative AI across their operations. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll own features end-to-end — from architecture decisions through to production deployment — and have real, meaningful impact on a product used across a wide range of enterprise customers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Berlin, Germany. Visa sponsorship is available. What You'll Do Design and implement robust backend systems and APIs to power a scalable AI platformBuild end-to-end solutions spanning backend (Node.js), database layers, and frontend integrationDevelop and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models for performance and scalabilityImplement API endpoints and integrate with third-party services and AI providersCollaborate with the team on technical architecture decisions and system designMaintain and optimize the codebase for performance, reliability, and maintainabilityParticipate in rotating Support Engineer duties, helping customers and the customer support team on a periodic basis What We're Looking For Required: 3+ years of full-stack web development experienceProficiency with Node.js, React/Next.js, and TypeScriptProven experience owning features end-to-end, from conception through production deploymentProficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL for data modeling, querying, and optimizationStrong computer science fundamentals Nice to Have: Experience building AI-powered features or integrating AI/ML services into applicationsProficiency with Tailwind CSS for frontend stylingStrong collaboration and communication skills with product leadership and cross-functional teams Compensation & Benefits Salary: $66,000 – $120,000 per year (USD equivalent), depending on experienceVisa sponsorship available for eligible candidatesHigh ownership and direct impact in a small, high-caliber teamWork on cutting-edge AI infrastructure with enterprise-scale challenges Location This role is on-site in Berlin, Germany.
