About the role

Build agents that understand the physical world: directing guards, robots, and sensors working together on a live site.

Owne products end-to-end. You get to understand the guards and customers who use what you build, figure out what they need, and ship.

Work full stack across every surface we have: backend server, web dashboard, native iOS and Android apps, and the agent infrastructure underneath all of it.

Take what’s working and scale it. Our products have real usage and real revenue but are still early. You’ll harden them, iterate against live data, and turn v1s into systems thousands of sites depend on.

Responsibilities

  • Build agents that understand the physical world: directing guards, robots, and sensors working together on a live site.

Requirements

  • Worked at a high-growth startup before. You thrive in chaos, change, and uncertainty.
  • You work hard, and you’re wired in. The business, the problems, and the thing you’re building stay on your mind because you actually care.
  • You build with AI every day and treat staying at the frontier as part of the job. You’re constantly learning from new models, tactics, and workflows, and folding them into how you work.
  • Product mindset. You don’t just ship code, you dig into what users are actually struggling with and care about the experience you build.

Qualifications

  • Experience with AI and machine learning.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with backend server development.
  • Knowledge of web development frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Experience with mobile app development (iOS and Android).
  • Understanding of computer vision and sensor integration.
