Software Engineer (Epsilon3)

Responsibilities

• Create web-based operational dashboards and electronic procedure tools
• Build and deploy high-quality code for rapid iteration and testing
• Design APIs and integration solutions for telemetry and command and control systems
• Rapidly prototype demos and proof-of-concepts for customer meetings
• Analyze and enhance software systems for efficiency, stability, and scalability
• Support software QA and user testing
• Contribute to the growth and refinement of engineering culture, processes, and tools

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
• Proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Svelte
• Strong foundation in computer science concepts
• Self-starter with ability to navigate ambiguity and assess rapidly evolving priorities
• Strong team player with great communication skills and collaborative work ethic
• Love of learning (technical and otherwise)
• Experience at fast-growing tech startups
• Experience with Lean Startup & Agile software development methodologies
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• US Citizenship required (future security clearance may be required)

Pay

$120,000 - $180,000 a year
