About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Design Systems team. This role will focus on developing and maintaining design systems that enhance user experiences across our products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain design systems that align with our brand guidelines and user needs.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to ensure consistency and usability of design elements.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to inform our design system development.
• Document design system components and provide guidance to other developers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Strong understanding of CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Materialize.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility issues.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Experience with design systems tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of design patterns and component libraries.
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation.

Pay

• $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
