About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain software components for AI/ML models and data pipelines
- Enhance algorithms for model-based behavioral detection
- Engage in agile development, code reviews, and discussions
- Collaborate with engineers and data scientists on AI/ML integration
- Implement features and improvements with minimal guidance
- Write clean and efficient code according to best practices
- Identify and address technical debt in the codebase
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends to inform product enhancements
- Document product features and engineering guides
- Nurture a collaborative and quality-focused team culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of software development experience, focusing on backend, security, or AI/ML
- Strong proficiency in Python or Go
- Familiarity with machine learning and statistics
- Experience in production AI/ML systems and data pipelines
- Comfortable with building cloud-based systems on AWS
- Proficient in version control and agile practices
- Familiar with containerization technologies like Kubernetes and Docker
- Strong problem-solving skills and self-starter mentality
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration abilities
Pay
$125,000 – $160,000 annually
