About the role
We're looking for a Product Designer to join our dynamic team in San Francisco. As a Product Designer at Browserbase, you'll be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences that drive our mission forward.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and customer success to understand user needs and translate them into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with our brand guidelines and meet the needs of our users.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and ensure our products are intuitive and accessible.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product design to continuously improve our offerings.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implementable and maintain a high level of quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product design or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and GitHub.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications

- Ability to balance creativity with practicality and functionality.
- Experience with web technologies and APIs.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and iterative design processes.
Skills
- Strong visual design skills and an eye for aesthetics.

- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.

Pay
- $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
