Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ISP pipelines for camera systems of autonomous driving.
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate and fine-tune ISP algorithms.
- Implement and optimize image processing algorithms, including demosaicing, noise reduction, white balance, HDR processing, etc.
- Analyze and improve image quality metrics such as sharpness, color accuracy, and dynamic range.
- Debug and resolve imaging issues related to ISP software and hardware interactions.
- Stay updated with industry trends in computational photography and imaging technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in ISP software development or related fields.
- Proficiency in C/C++ and Python for embedded software development.
- Strong understanding of ISP pipelines, image processing algorithms, and camera sensor technologies.
- Knowledge of computational photography techniques and deep learning applications in imaging.
- Familiarity with hardware-accelerated image processing (e.g., GPU, DSP, FPGA).
- Experience with real-time embedded systems and low-level programming.
Preferences
- MS or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Computer Graphics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Deep expertise in computer vision and machine learning; stay up-to-date with the latest SOTA in these fields.
- Track record of published research in top-tier computer vision conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, or other leading forums.
Pay
Salary Range: $75k—$300k USD

Remote work is available, but some on-site work may be required depending on the location.
