Technical Contribution & Design
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in adding value to technical projects with minimum supervision.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of software engineering experience.
- Good coding skills with a track record of contributing secure, performant, and quality code.
- Specialized technical expertise in at least one area, with growing breadth across IT subjects.
- Able to work independently with some latitude, performing analysis and implementing solutions with minimum supervision.
- Understanding of modern engineering practices: CI/CD, automated testing, cloud-native architectures, secure SDLC.
- Good communication and collaboration skills; proactively facilitates teamwork.
- Demonstrates initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to identifying and fixing problems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with workflow engines, orchestration platforms, or device management solutions.
- Familiarity with Docker, Maven, Artifactory, and cloud deployment pipelines.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for technical challenges.
- Experience with Workspace ONE UEM or similar enterprise mobility platforms.

Pay
The typical base salary for this role is between USD $120,675 – $201,125 per year and it may be eligible for participation in a corporate bonus program.
