About the role

Nuro is seeking individuals to join our rapidly growing team. This role will play a crucial part in Nuro's strategic shift towards licensing its autonomous driving technology.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain licensing agreements for autonomous driving technology
• Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Manage relationships with potential licensees and partners
• Provide strategic guidance on the commercialization of autonomous driving technologies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in intellectual property law or related fields
• Experience in negotiating and drafting complex licensing agreements
• Strong understanding of automotive industry trends and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing high-value licensing deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
