Software Engineer
About Yara
Yara is building the future of finding work. Most hiring tools are stuck in the 90s and AI is making it worse, not better. More spam, more noise, more generic outreach that wastes everyone's time. We're reworking how people find their next role with one profile that actually shows your work, smart matching that puts you in front of the right companies, and a real person on the other side who cares about getting it right. We work with companies across AI, developer tools, consumer, fintech, and health tech, ranging from teams that have raised $1B+ with 3,000+ employees to earlier stage companies at $50M+ with 100+ employees. We've helped talent from Google, Apple, Palantir, Uber, and Ramp connect with companies like Vercel, Paraform, Abridge, and Parallel.
About this role
The widest door into the Yara Network. Companies across our network are hiring engineers of every flavor: backend, frontend, infra, and product. Apply once, build a profile that actually shows your work, and get matched as roles open every week.
Who this is for
You're a working engineer who wants better options without spraying 200 applications. You'd rather be judged on what you've built than on how well you play resume roulette. You pick up unfamiliar tools and systems fast, and enjoy it. You're curious about AI-native development, or already deep in it. You want visibility. See when a real person reviews you and how you compare.
Requirements
- Production experience in any modern stack
- One real thing you built that you can walk through in depth
- Solid fundamentals: data structures, APIs, debugging under pressure
- Any shipped LLM or automation work is a plus
- A link to your code or your product
If we don't move forward together, you can still use your Yara to list your work, browse millions of roles, manage your job search, and stay in our network for when something new comes up.
