About the Role

The widest door into the Yara Network. Companies across our network are hiring engineers of every flavor: backend, frontend, infra, and product. Apply once, build a profile that actually shows your work, and get matched as roles open every week.

Responsibilities

• Apply and submit your portfolio or relevant work.
• We make your Yara profile and review your background against roles across our network.
• If we see a fit, we schedule a call to learn about your work, what you're looking for, and where you'd actually thrive.
• We put you forward for the right roles and stay with you through the process.
• If we don't move forward together, you can still use your Yara to list your work, browse 100k+ roles, manage your job search, and stay in our network for when something new comes up.

Qualifications

• Production experience in any modern stack.
• One real thing you built that you can walk through in depth.
• Solid fundamentals: data structures, APIs, debugging under pressure.
• Any shipped LLM or automation work is a plus.
• A link to your code or your product.

Skills

• Curiosity about AI-native development, or already deep in it.
• Ability to pick up unfamiliar tools and systems fast.
• Desire for visibility: see when a real person reviews you and how you compare.
• Experience with various engineering roles: backend, frontend, infra, and product (preferred).
