About the role
Build the future of intelligent construction by integrating cutting-edge AI models into global construction platforms. Transition AI initiatives from the lab to production, ensuring reliability, security, and impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Translate architectural designs into performant, scalable code, integrating Azure AI and OpenAI.
- Establish "ground truth" infrastructure with traceability and monitoring systems for AI safety and ethical guardrails.
- Create shared internal libraries and API wrappers for rapid adoption of AI capabilities by product teams.
- Design and ship agent-enabled workflows using LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and MCP-based tooling for complex construction data tasks.
- Spearhead the development of agent-enabled systems capable of handling large-scale construction operations.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of production experience in C#/.NET, TypeScript, or Python.
- Proven expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Daily fluency with AI-powered development tools: VSCode, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and AI coding assistants.
- Hands-on experience with one or more frontier model APIs: Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
- Experience with AI/agent technologies: LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, MCP protocol, Azure AI Foundry, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of cloud/data technologies: Azure (ACI, ACR, AKS), Databricks, Kafka, Unity Catalog, REST/OpenAPI.
- Experience with dev tooling: VSCode, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, GitHub Actions, Docker, Azure DevOps.
- Frontend skills: React, Vite, TypeScript.

$122,500.00–$168,400.00
