Software Engineer

Early engineering hire with direct impact on the product and company direction. This role focuses on improving product capabilities, predictive ML performance, and new genAI features. Responsibilities

• Work closely with the founders to improve and further develop the product
• Shape the product vision and roadmap with the founders
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for the platform
• Integrate machine learning algorithms to enhance predictive analytics on claims outcomes
• Develop genAI features to expand the platform's core capabilities
• Continuously iterate on the product based on feedback and data-driven insights
• Take charge and help push the product forward in a start-up environment
• Lead future engineering hires
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence

Pay
