Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, testing, and deployment of software technologies for OPIR applications.
• Develop testing methodologies and lead the deployment of those technologies for OPIR systems.
• Programming expertise in one or more programming languages and libraries, especially Typescript, Python, and Java.
• Experience with deploying applications using a DevSecOps pipeline.
• Able to write clear and concise code and related documentation that are understandable to the intended end user.
• Able to work in and lead diverse and varied teams covering multiple concurrent projects.
• Author, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Teaming Agreements (TAs), and complex subcontract flow-down clauses.
• Communicate clearly and proactively in a fast-paced environment, exercising sound judgment, flexibility, and attention to compliance.
• Represent Tech7's culture and values in daily activities and in engagements with fellow employees, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: Citizenship Must be a US citizen
• Education Bachelor's degree in computer science
• Experience Three (3) or more years of experience in the development and assessment of software systems.
• Experience should include past experience within OPIR domain.
• Additional Experience: Must possess strong analytical, technology, and organizational skills
• Accuracy, timeliness, and attention to detail are required
• Ability to work independently and meet communicated schedules and deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to collaborate as a team member and provide additional support to meet program and organizational priorities as needed

Pay

Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Annual Pay Transparency Range: $120,000.00 - $145,000.00
