Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and clean data from multiple sources.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
• Develop and maintain regular performance reports.
• Auxiliary in designing and implementing data collection systems.
• Validate data accuracy and resolve data quality issues.
• Support business teams with ad hoc data analysis requests.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document analysis processes and maintain data records.
• Collaborate with senior analysts and other departments on data-driven projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
