Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical projects
• Lead small teams and mentor junior developers
• Deploy services in Linux environments using tools like Nginx, Apache Tomcat, and IIS
• Work in an Agile development environment and utilize Git

Requirements

• MUST have a current TS/SCI Polygraph clearance
• Seven (7) years experience as a SWE, in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
• Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree
• Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M with a minimum certification of IAM Level I (CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE, HCISPP)
• Demonstrated work experience with one or more of the following: Python, Java, .Net, C#, PHP, Node.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React
• Experience with MariaDB, MS SQL, MySQL, or Oracle
• Experience deploying services in Linux environments
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated and willing to learn new technologies
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong desire to learn and grow

Desired Skills

• Experience with AWS (e.g. EC2, ASG, Lambda, etc.) or Azure cloud environments
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Perl, and Python
• Experience working in an Agile development environment and utilizing Git
