About the role
Praxis Engineering, a GDIT company, creates mission solutions in cyber-related technologies and products. We are seeking Software Engineers to tackle challenging Computer Network Operations problems and develop cutting-edge capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Process specific 802.11 signals captured from various methods, environments, and antennas
- Develop intuitive user interfaces to command and control 802.11 collection and emission systems
- Reverse engineer newly released operating system kernels and update custom drivers for integration of Wi-Fi radios/modems
- Implement development in a tailored agile methodology, utilizing GitLab for build/merges
- Assist with developing and executing test procedures for software components
- Communicate clearly in a team environment with fellow engineers, stakeholders, and customers
- Estimate, decompose, and implement iterative tasks, automated tests, and routine builds in a team environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of experience as a Software Engineer in programs and projects of similar scope, type, and complexity
- Five (5) or more years of related experience
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance

Pay
The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250.
Schedule
Scheduled weekly hours: 40. Telecommuting options: Onsite.
