The role is responsible for managing the company's social media platforms and engaging with the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms.
- Create and post content that aligns with the company’s brand voice and objectives.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to inform future strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
- Experience with SEO and content optimization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Content creation and editing.
- Social media advertising and analytics.
- Event planning and coordination.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
