Software Engineer

About the Role

NAOVI (Novel Applications, Inc.) is seeking a Software Engineer to support the enterprise language services team. The selected candidate will implement Kubernetes-based infrastructure and applications in a full-time, 100% onsite daytime role with travel reimbursement within a 50-mile radius of the worksite.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, scale, and manage Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Simplify application deployment on Kubernetes using Helm charts.
• Provision and manage infrastructure with Terraform.
• Work with AWS services and architecture.
• Automate tasks and processes using Bash scripting.

Requirements

• Current Active TS/SCI with FS polygraph security clearance (no sponsorship).
• U.S. citizenship.
• Experience with Kubernetes container orchestration.
• Knowledge of Helm charts for Kubernetes deployment.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services.
• Strong Bash scripting skills.

Skills

• Optional: ArgoCD, Prometheus/Grafana, KEDA, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, Node.js, TypeScript, Angular.

Pay

$120,000 – $190,000 (salary based on experience, skills, and certifications).

1099 (Independent Consultant) option available; benefits are not provided under this agreement.
