About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement new evaluation environments and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine agent training and evaluation systems
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our evaluation methodologies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in AI and machine learning
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with Python and other programming languages relevant to AI and machine learning
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications
- Experience with reinforcement learning and/or natural language processing is a plus
Qualifications
- Passionate about building cutting-edge AI technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
