Software Engineer

About the role

Create and maintain enterprise, web and mobile applications from design to support user testing. Write well-designed, testable, efficient code using best software development practices. Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs. Maintain software documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain application for new enhancements, bug fixing, performance improving or upgrading interfaces.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Experienced candidates with 2-3 years’ experience is preferred.
• Passion in software development, application maintenance and support working experience.
• Proficient knowledge of modern object oriented programming languages (Java, .Net, Python…etc) would be of an added advantage.
• Proficient knowledge of structured (relational) and unstructured (SQL) database systems.
• Good understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, testing, documentation and deployment).
• Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines and budgets with business acumen.
• Able to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse web technologies and techniques.

Qualifications

• Open to Malaysian or Malaysia PR only.
• IT fresh graduate with passion in software development is encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
