Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable software applications and services.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to build innovative features.
• Develop and integrate APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Ensure software reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Contribute to the full software development lifecycle from design to deployment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering or related development roles.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and backend development.
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or MongoDB.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of version control systems such as Git.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Preferred Experience:
• Working in a product-based company.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience building highly scalable and high-availability applications.
