A bit about us
We're looking for a motivated Software Engineer, specialized or generalized, that is seeking an immersive early stage, AI first, software startup opportunity. This is a generalized search; the goal is to add the right culture fit capable of taking ownership on significant portions of the platform and feature development initiatives. Currently there are hundreds of thousands of users across the web application, native iOS, and Android applications. The backend workflow automation engine ingests educational material and contexts to populate various teaching and studying functions through games, flashcards, interactive collaborative programs, tests, and virtual audio/video classes. The user's profile improves through the platform to determine which strategies improve learning best, so the more courses taken generates more efficient learning.

Role scope
Generally hiring for Software Engineers, Senior SWE, and Lead SWE wearing a variety of hats across the stack, but also considering candidates more specialized (e.g. mostly front-end, or back-end, or AI engineering/research) if the fit is right. Needs span front end, backend, machine learning, synthesis layer AI, data engineering, and infrastructure engineering expertise.
Tech stack
React/Typescript, PHP, MySQL, and Redis. Though frankly, we care more about overall caliber/talent than about knowledge of any specific language/tool.
Schedule
In office 5 days a week to facilitate speed/agility.
