Key Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, and deployment of modern software applications and AI-enabled tools
- Aid in integrating Generative AI technologies into internal and customer-facing products
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prototype emerging capabilities
- Develop APIs, automation workflows, and scalable backend services
- Participate in Agile software development activities including sprint planning, standups, and code reviews
- Research and evaluate new AI/ML frameworks, tools, and technologies
- Contribute to cloud-native and containerized development environments
- Help document technical solutions, system architecture, and development processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on modernization and innovation
Requirements
- Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Mathematics, or related technical field
- Internship, academic project, research, or personal project experience in software development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn and adapt to emerging technologies, particularly Generative AI
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Active US Security Clearance - TS
Desired Technical Exposure
- Experience or familiarity with Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
- REST APIs and microservices
- Git/GitLab/GitHub version control
- Cloud environments such as AWS or Azure
- Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized development
- Frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Data processing and automation scripting
- AI/ML concepts or exposure to tools such as OpenAI APIs, LangChain, vector databases, or LLM integrations
- CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps practices
