Software Engineer

About the role

We're building the world's most advanced AI-powered platform for industrial environments. Our mission is to help organizations move from reactive programs to proactive risk prevention across safety, operations, and quality management. The role involves building full-stack features, designing and implementing data pipelines, and developing REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Build and own full-stack features across React/TypeScript frontend and C++/Python backend
• Design and implement high-performance, low-latency data pipelines
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and async backend services
• Collaborate with product, design, and Research teams to translate safety intelligence into intuitive, actionable interfaces
• Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to understand problems and iterate quickly
• Champion engineering quality: performance profiling, code reviews, testing, observability, and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with meaningful full-stack ownership
• Proven track record at a startup or high-growth environment
• Product and commercial mindset: understands how engineering decisions connect to business outcomes
• Strong communication skills: collaborates cross-functionally, works with customers, and writes clearly
• Startup mindset: high ownership, high velocity, pragmatic judgment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiarity in C++ in high-performance, low-latency, or real-time systems
• Familiarity with Python—REST APIs, async services, data processing pipelines
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript
• Experience with real-time data pipelines, event-driven architectures, or streaming systems
• Familiarity with GCP and cloud-connected deployments
