As an impact.com Software Engineer working on the Onboarding squad, you will drive and take ownership of various technologies to build features, enabling large-scale processing of data supporting impact products.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services on the cloud that power our UIs
• Assist on our Frontend developers changes to our UI
• Create powerful APIs for partners and advertisers
• Participate in the full product lifecycle, including ideation, prioritization, coding & testing
• Learn new technologies

Requirements

• Hard working, passionate & dedicated
• Knowledge of Spring Framework
• Experience with ORM Frameworks, preferred
• Experience with REST APIs
• 3+ years professional experience using Java and MySQL
• Experience with Vue.js or other modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular)
• Enjoys working in the backend or the frontend
• Experience building on cloud platforms, GCP, Azure, or AWS
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or similar, or equivalent work experience
• Creative, enthusiastic and fun, with attention to detail
• A fast learner who loves solving problems
• A great communicator who enjoys working with others

Pay

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD per year, plus an additional 5% variable annual bonus contingent on Company performance with eligibility to receive Restricted Stock Unit (RSU) grant.
