Software Engineer

About the role

This position supports an agile organization implementing new software capabilities within a mission-critical platform. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software tests that meet industry, customer, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support the maturation of software testing solutions needed to implement open mission systems software architecture.
• Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models and Computer Vision algorithms to facilitate automated testing of avionic interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for the development of testing tools.
• Develop and implement innovative avionics software testing frameworks and tools ensuring technical excellence.
• Integrate embedded software with hardware components and perform debugging for embedded devices and systems.

Requirements

• Licence to work in the United States.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field.
• Professional experience with programming languages such as Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python.
• Experience with automated testing environments and software engineering best practices.
• Ability to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a US Security Clearance.
