Software Engineer

About the role

The successful candidate will join the simulation management team to support the development of next-generation flight simulators and training systems for military applications.

Responsibilities

• Leading the design, architecture, and development of simulation models, virtual environments, and software frameworks.
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify simulation requirements and dynamics for complex systems.
• Validating and verifying simulation software code and models against real-world data and benchmarks.
• Mentoring junior engineers and fostering technical innovation within an agile scrum environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in programming with C, C++, or C#.
• Proven experience working within an Agile software development lifecycle.
• Ability to be legally authorized to work in the United States and obtain necessary security clearances.
