Software Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

• Executing software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting to build solutions for complex technical problems.
• Creating secure, high-quality production code and maintaining algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems.
• Producing architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring design constraints are met by software code development.
• Developing and implementing secure Data Lake solutions within the cloud environment using modern infrastructure tools.
• Leveraging AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables.

What We're Looking For

• Formal training in software engineering concepts with at least 3 years of applied professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python or Java, and database query languages for application development and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data management tools such as Glue, EMR, Athena, Redshift, and Lake Formation.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security standards.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaaS) development, including Terraform configuration and automation scripts.
