Responsibilities
- Help manage and enhance our Salesforce environment as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Work extensively with Apex development while partnering closely with our Installation and Maintenance teams to support successful system rollouts.
- Contribute to greenfield projects, including architecting and building Airflow (Python) ETL integrations for specialized backend systems.
- Experience with GIS is a strong plus.
Requirements
- 4 Points:
- 4+ years experience with Salesforce Development
- Strong ability to read, write, and maintain Apex code
- Uses coding agents effectively without treating their output as trusted
- Can describe when manual work is safer than delegation
- 3 Points:
- 3+ years experience with Python
- Practical experience moving and validating real-world data
- 3+ years experience with Data / ETL Tools (Airflow / Great Expectations)
- 2 Points:
- Able to reason through basic networking issues: DNS, routing, ports, firewalls, HTTP, and the OSI model
- 2+ years experience with APIs (SOAP / REST)
- 2+ years experience with SQL / SOQL
- 3+ years experience with JOINs, relational databases, and FOREIGN KEY usage
- 1 Point Each:
- 2+ years experience with Kubernetes / Virtual Machines / Unix
- Familiarity with Git + Jira
