What You'll Need

• 4-10 years of professional experience in software development or systems engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, C/C++, Ruby, or Perl
• Experience with designing and operating reliable systems at scale
• Ability to influence technical direction and standards
