Responsibilities
- Research and develop new technology, control systems, and software
- Develop, evaluate, and deploy new control algorithms
- Diagnose and optimize algorithms, tools, and technologies
- Test and validate control algorithms for new products using HIL simulations
- Evaluate new products, processes, or systems
- Communicate results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units
Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of industry experience
- PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience with control algorithm or software development
- Proficiency in simulation with SIL and HIL
- Ability to perform validation on machinery
