Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop software solutions that improve patient care and reduce medical errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy healthcare applications.
• Employ user-centered design, analytics, and machine learning tools to drive innovation in healthcare.
• Use modern development methodologies and leading-edge technologies such as JS, TS, and C# to build scalable and efficient software.
• Contribute to a vibrant and collaborative environment where staff have kayaked in Patagonia, attended a Beyoncé concert in Ireland, built a library in Tanzania, and run a marathon in Antarctica.

Requirements

• BS/BA or greater in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A history of academic excellence or professional success.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (persons with appropriate qualifications and eligible for TN status under NAFTA may apply).

Qualifications

• Experience with modern development methodologies and leading-edge technologies such as JS, TS, and C#.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and the ability to understand and translate complex healthcare requirements into technical solutions.

Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and C#.
• Experience with user-centered design, analytics, and machine learning tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
