Join Our Team as a Software Engineer Direct Data Management, part of the Direct Companies family, is seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in Sioux Falls. In this role, you’ll work alongside developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to build, improve, and support custom software solutions that solve real business challenges. This is an in-office position based in Sioux Falls, SD. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field1–5 years of professional software development experienceProficiency in C# and .NET web frameworks such as Blazor or MVCProficiency in React or other front-end interface programming frameworks and technologiesStrong understanding of SQL and relational databasesExperience developing, testing, and maintaining software applicationsFamiliarity with Agile development practicesExperience with Microsoft Azure or cloud-based authenticationStrong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team Recent graduates with strong internship, project, or related technical experience may also be considered.
