Dot Compliance is a cloud-based, innovative software company that provides a ready-to-deploy, Salesforce-native eQMS. Our solution is designed to offer faster, more proactive quality and compliance through vertical AI that empowers data-driven decision-making in life sciences quality and compliance. The platform is fully compliant with 21 CFR part 11, EU Annex 11, and supports ISO 9001, 13485, 14971, and 27001.

Responsibilities

• Write code, ship solutions, and automate repetitive work
• Work directly with customers to implement, extend, and integrate our compliance platform built on Salesforce
• Build AI-powered agents and internal tools that enhance the team's efficiency
• Collaborate across multiple projects and customer environments, adapting to changing requirements
• Solve complex problems without a clear specification
• Engage in Salesforce development, Python scripting, and AWS-based workflows

Requirements

• Intermediate level of experience with Salesforce development
• Experience with Python scripting
• Knowledge of AWS-based workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in software development
• Experience with Salesforce and AWS is preferred

$80,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
